GC Service Process
Comprehensive surrogacy support process ensures that intended parents are guided through every step, from agency selection to legal matters and post-delivery care, fostering a successful and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Recommendation of Surrogacy Agencies
- Assist clients in selecting a surrogacy agency, conduct initial consultations with the agency, and understand associated risks and risk assessments. Help clients understand the surrogacy process, including costs, legal, medical, and psychological support.
- Legal and Contractual Recommendations
- Provide legal consultation to ensure all legal matters are properly handled, including surrogacy contracts and parental rights issues. Assist both parties (the surrogate and the intended parents) in signing the surrogacy contract, clarifying their respective rights, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Costs and Payments
- Help clients understand the cost structure, which includes medical fees, legal fees, psychological fees, and compensation for the surrogate. Assist clients in understanding and completing the payment plan, including the surrogacy agency’s fee breakdown and payment schedule.
- Surrogate Selection
- Assist clients in completing application and client information forms. Help clients in the selection and matching of surrogates by coordinating health checks, psychological evaluations, family background checks, and other relevant assessments. (Matching: The agency will match the surrogate based on the intended parents' needs and the surrogate’s conditions.)
- Embryo Transfer
- Facilitate coordination between the intended parents, surrogacy agency, and fertility clinic to complete the embryo transfer process (pre-transfer preparations and transfer cycle treatments such as ERA, and treatment during the transfer cycle).
- Pregnancy and Monitoring
- Assist clients and the surrogacy agency with prenatal monitoring. Ensure the surrogate undergoes regular prenatal check-ups to maintain maternal and fetal health. The agency will provide necessary support and coordination, maintaining good communication between the surrogate and the intended parents.
- Delivery and Legal Procedures
- After delivery, assist with legal procedures, including obtaining the birth certificate, travel documents, and parental rights confirmation to ensure the legal rights of the intended parents.
- Post-Delivery Support
- Help intended parents provide any necessary psychological counseling and postpartum support for the surrogate, such as postpartum care centers and doulas.
