Egg Donation Service Process

The comprehensive support provided throughout the egg donation process ensures a smooth and well-coordinated experience for both donors and prospective parents, covering everything from donor matching to medical and legal clearances

Donor Matching
Assist clients in finding a suitable egg donor based on criteria such as educational background, appearance, height, and family situation.
Employment Agreement
Once the matching process is complete, issue an employment letter. Help clients open a trust account and make payments, and coordinate with the client’s clinic to finalize the match sheet.
Preliminary Medical Checks
Assist in arranging preliminary tests for the donor at the clinic, including genetic testing, infectious disease screening, and follicle monitoring. It is recommended that prospective parents also undergo genetic testing to ensure the child does not have hereditary diseases. Local donors will visit the designated hospital for these tests.
Psychological Testing
Arrange for the donor to undergo psychological testing and provide the psychological report to the clinic.
Medical Clearance
Submit all results to the clinic. The clinic will issue a medical clearance.
Legal Clearance
Assist in drafting the egg donation contract between the donor and the prospective parents. Once both parties agree to and sign the contract, the law firm will issue a legal clearance. *Two legal documents need to be signed: one is the attorney’s engagement letter, and the other is the egg donation contract with the donor.
Insurance
Purchase IVF insurance for the donor before the cycle begins.
Cycle Coordination
Assist the donor in following the clinic’s schedule, including FDA genetic testing, hormone panels, blood tests, ultrasounds, follicle monitoring, and possibly genetic testing. Coordinate with the clinic for medication administration, injections, and the egg retrieval procedure. *For local donors, the cycle begins locally. For international donors, arrange flights to the U.S. to start the cycle.
Additional Notes
Local donors will go to the hospital for tests independently, with monitoring provided by our company. During the donor's stay in the U.S., our company will provide airport transfers, accompany the donor to appointments, and support with meals, shopping, and medication pick-up. We understand that prospective parents want to know more about the donor’s daily life, so we provide photos of the donor’s daily activities. For both local and international donors, we monitor injections daily, provide photos showing dosage measurements, and ensure timely administration according to clinic requirements to ensure a smooth cycle.
